What to Expect
An API pre-purchase home Inspection takes 2-3 hours depending on the condition, age and size of the house. We encourage homeowners to take part in the inspections if they can, and ask questions when needed.
We will compile an easy-to-read report, which includes categorized deficiencies and photos. Your customized report will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection. We also include a free 150-page home owner’s manual, How to Operate Your Home, from Mr. Fix it.
At API we are infrared certified. Because of the limitations of this technology we will use it as a tool at the inspector’s discretion, at no extra cost to you.
Our service does not end with your report; you can call us for advice and information for as long as you own your house. We are here to help you make the most of your home.
