Home inspection information for Buyers:

PHI designation assures that the home inspector has demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed the Alberta Professional Home Inspectors Society, APHIS standards of practice and adheres to the strict code of ethics. The standards of practice provide inspection guidelines and the code of ethics stresses the home inspector’s responsibility to act in a strictly fair, impartial and professional manner.

The National Standards of Practice are the most widely accepted Canadian home inspection guidelines in use and address all the home’s major systems and components.

We do not charge extra for using this advanced technology during the home inspection. Because of the limitations of this technology we will use it as a tool at the inspector’s discretion.

We always encourage the buyer to attend the entire inspection as we examine the house top to bottom. The inspector will be pleased to answer questions or concerns first hand. You will learn about your new home and receive valuable tips on maintenance and information that will be of great help after you move in. Because we have inspected over 11,000 homes we have the experience to give real insight into the deficiencies that need to be addressed.
